We offer access to top-tier real estate education platforms, equipping athletes with foundational and advanced knowledge in commercial real estate finance, modeling, and investment strategies.
Our Curriculum
The Four-Phase BL Next Real Estate Curriculum includes:

FARM Excel Training
Financial modeling and complex deal structuring
(7-10 hours)
II
A.CRE Foundations (Modules 1-5)
Real estate financial modeling fundamentals
(20-30 hours)
III
A.CRE Accelerator Core (Modules 6-17)
Advanced modeling across asset types
(50-100 hours)
IV
ARGUS Enterprise Certification
Master cash-flow forecasting and valuation
(32 hours with 2.5 hour exam)
Participants earn industry-recognized certifications to strengthen their resumes and enhance career prospects.

The BL Next program is specifically designed for student-athletes currently enrolled in an undergraduate program—or within 180 days of their graduation—and who are officially listed on the roster of a university athletics team. Club, intramural, and recreational sports do not meet the eligibility criteria. Thank you for your interest!
